How does someone go from growing up in a double wide trailer outside of Warner Robins, Georgia to becoming Miss America 2016? Well it sure ain’t ‘luck’.

At a young age Betty began singing with the musical influences of Linda Ronstadt and country music, singing songs like Harper Valley PTA with her Dad’s band. Betty began taking professional vocal and stage lessons at 14, continued studying at Mercer University Music program and never looked back with her non-stop drive and determination. Due to her singing talent it was suggested to her by a friend to enter a pageant at age 19. Although she had never entered a pageant in her life she stepped up and just 24 months later and several pageants she was crowned Miss America 2016.

Now this has become just part of the growing story as Betty
moves to the next step with the same determination and
confidence in her career as a singer and country music entertainer.
Betty’s family and fiance’ Spencer Maxwell (graduate of The Citadel),
both have deep roots with military and due to her experience as
Miss America she has performed around the world for the Military
USO Tours. Her first recording and video reflect her values and
heart for the military with the song “Soldier On” available soon
on iTunes, Spotify and YouTube.

Betty is currently recording more songs for the release of her first country music solo EP debuting in 2017. With Betty being a student at Mercer University she will now also have the distinguished honor to be the first artist to record in the Mercer Music at Capricorn Studio in Macon, GA. Growing up in middle Georgia she was also influenced by the amazing talent of Otis Redding from his involvement with Capricorn music and she is recording “Sitting On The Dock of The Bay”.
Jonathan Wyndham
Jonathan Wyndham
Jonathan grew up in Lexington, SC and fell in love with music listening to his father's blues, southern rock, & country records. He bought his first fender strat at
age 13 and hasn't put it down since.
Jonathan moved to Nashville, TN and attended MTSU in Murfreesboro, TN studying Commercial Songwriting and music business. He met music producer Steve Ivey (holder of multiple awards including Emmy, Grammy, and Billboard) and they began working in the studio together which helped grow him into the artist he is today. Together they forged a sound that is cutting edge while nodding to the legends that have paved the way for all contemporary country music artists.

Also while at college, Jonathan met a producer associated with the TV show, The Voice and that path lead him to a performance being picked by all 4 judges. While battling through the Voice rounds, Jonathan continued to write
his own songs and focusing on his long term career
in country music.

Jonathan is based out of Nashville, TN where he and his powerhouse band are traveling from to perform all over the U.S. at colleges, fairs and country clubs.
